The third bedroom on the top floor also has a double bed and access to a small balcony.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need for a carefree and comfortable stay. It includes a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and state-of-the-art microwave. Preparing your meals will be a pleasure and a time saver during your holiday.

On the ground floor, you will find a cosy lounge that invites you to relax. A comfortable sofa awaits you to make you feel at home while enjoying your favourite programme on the SmartTV. Furthermore, the living room offers direct access to our beautiful terrace, where you will find a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the Canarian climate.
If you wish to enjoy a refreshing dip and swim, we invite you to use the large communal pool located next to the house. This pool is heated throughout the winter, from November to April.

Respect for Residential Tranquillity: This property is located in a residential area, therefore, it is important that the tranquility of the neighbours is respected. Parties and any other activity that may be disturbing to those living in the surrounding area are prohibited.
Responsible Occupancy: It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people contracted, unless previously authorised exceptions have been obtained. This is essential to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
Smoke Free Environment: In order to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment, smoking is prohibited inside the flats. Smoking is only permitted on open terraces or balconies.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover possible damages that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after departure, once it has been verified that everything is in perfect condition. It is important that, upon check-in, you check thoroughly for any damage and report it to us immediately to avoid it being passed on to you.
